8:45 AM – 9:05 AM PRE-CAMP PARTY
Check in time! This is the time of day your child arrives at camp. During this time you can ask our staff about any questions/concerns you may have. Music is playing and campers enjoy free-time playing under the trees.
9:05 AM – 9:15 AM – INTRODUCTIONS
Campers sit in their age groups. The counselors makes any morning announcements and introduce the theme of the day.
9:20 AM – 11:20 AM – ACTIVITIES
Depending on the theme of the day, the campers will be involved in as many as 5 different activities including arts and crafts, music, sports, imagination activities, story-time and more!
11:30 AM – Lunch
12:00 PM – 12:45 PM – GET THE WIGGLES OUT!
Fun, high energy games, additional crafts, and other free play activities to get the wiggles out after lunch!
12:45 PM – 1:15 PM – PICK-UP TIME
Campers will have made their way back to the trees where their parents and guardians can find them!
Campers should bring a packed lunch, snacks will be provided.
The option for buy lunch for $10 is available at our Nags Head Location.
All participants must wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. A beach towel or small blanket to sit on during lunch and snack times is also recommended. All participants must bring a filled water bottle and sunblock applied before arrival.
Check the website and your email for cancellation that day if the weather is questionable.
No. The whole point of camp is being present. Counselors carry phones for emergencies — campers don't. If you need to reach your kid, call us.
Yes. Pick days that fit your trip, or book the whole season. The calendar shows daily availability — once a day hits the daily cap (default 25 campers), the waitlist opens automatically.
When a day fills up, you can join the waitlist for free. If a spot opens, we email you a private invite to register before the spot goes back to the public.
